The Stun Gunz

The Stun Gunz, (A.K.A The Stun Guns), are an American Rock and Roll band, from New Jersey. Formed in early 2004, from the remainders of several outfits that draw influences from 1970s punk music. Their sound is extreemly concentrated towards a heavy Rockabilly influence from the 1940s as well as early 1950s which creates a formidable delivery that is deployed, with intense stage action reminiscent of Chuck Berry, Ten Years After, Alvin Lee, Chris Spedding and The Rolling Stones (in their early 1960s careers) through use, of held power chords and thickly saturated bass and fast picking. This style still retains it's long rooted tradition, in punk music as well as roots rock and in the similar rock steady influenced sound engineering. They had been cited by Matt dangerfield of the UK seminal group , for the recent recording First Time one of the groups higher charting releases.
