The Sovereign Liberties: Foundations for the People's New World Order is a document released in pamphlet and digital form on November 5th, 2008 to various universities and news outlets across the United States. Authored by "Anonymous," the 20-page pamphlet cites on its first page the following quote by Thomas Jefferson: Content Front and back cover logos The logos on the front and back cover appear to be an adaptation of the Great Seal of the United States. The Eye of Providence has been obscured by a black tree growing through the pyramid, which appears to be cracking. The date at the base of the pyramid reads 2008 in Roman Numerals, instead of 1776. Opening statement We the People of the World, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish The Sovereign Liberties. The Sovereign Liberties are a set of principles designed to transition to a system of decentralized power, aimed at securing to every human being, as best as is possible, truth, freedom, and peace—free from corruption, miscommunication, greed, and violence that so naturally pervades society. They shall serve as a guide toward this global system of selfgovernment, The People’s New World Order, a society free from the parasitic structures that exploit and turn us against eachother. There is something very wrong with this world. It seems that whenever human beings are given power over one another, be it through the control of money, information, or the use of force, there exists the corruption of the rulers to the exploitation of the ruled. Our Forefathers sought to limit this exploitation through the creation of The Constitution of The United States, but power-hungry forces, driven by greed, with vast influences, have exploited and corrupted the very foundations upon which The Constitution can stand. It is time for us to rise up, not in anarchy, but in courage and hope, using The Sovereign Liberties, to secure our God-given rights so that truth, freedom, and peace may guide us into The New Order of The Ages. This is The Revolution. To The Patriots: to Ron Paul, to Naomi Wolfe, to Lou Dobbs, to Jesse Ventura, to Peter Joseph, to Alex Jones, to any brave man or woman that has spoken out for Freedom and Liberty, or to warn against greed and corruption: it is time now to come together as a collective force of leadership, to put into motion the vision for The People’s New World Order. To the military and police forces: we are indebted to you for protecting this nation and its people. In these coming times, remember that we are all part of this same system of control. You will be the last line of defense against the restructuring of this system. Those that control it will rely on you to protect it at all costs, even if it means fighting the very people you have sworn to protect. It is by turning us against eachother as a people that they will try to reign us back under their command. We ask that you continue to protect and support us, not fight us, as we begin the difficult transition afforded to us by The Constitution of The United States. Finally, to the people: it is time to speak out with one voice to proclaim The Sovereign Liberties and The Constitution of The United States as our weapons against oppression and exploitation. All that is required is that we adhere to them, reject institutions that deny them, and demand their adherence from those we empower. Remember that the men and women of law enforcement are not our enemies. Understand that this is not a call for anarchy, nor a call for insurrection; This is a call for a change in the way we conduct ourselves as a people, the laws we allow to govern us, and the policies we allow to represent us. These fundamental changes must take place if we are to survive together and flourish as one people. A universe of opportunity awaits us, to learn from eachother, to create with one another, in truth and in peace, for generations to come, but we must not wait any longer to secure it. The Articles ; Article I (Equality) : The Sovereign Liberties shall apply to all people. ; Article II (Adaptability) : Exceptions or additions, decided only by direct popular vote of the people, may be applied to or revoked from any of The Sovereign Liberties, this article excluded. ; Article III (Transparency) : The people shall investigate all stages of every government in an orderly and civilized manner.1 ; Article IV (Justification) : All governments shall release and maintain official, detailed justifications for all laws to be made available to the people. ; Article V (Clarity) : No business entity shall withhold from the people the costs of goods and services, at all levels of production. ; Article VI (Accountability) : No individual’s beliefs or actions shall be attributed to a group, nor shall a group’s beliefs or actions be attributed to any individual by a news organization. ; Article VII (Responsibility) : No law shall regulate matters of personal responsibility, except in cases where the individual has been relieved of unregulated personal responsibility by a jury of his peers in a court of law, or in cases where neglect of said responsibility would harm the well-being of another. ; Article VIII (Transaction) : The people have the right to the sale and use of any good or service that does not violate the rights of another. ; Article IX (Progress) : No one shall restrict progress or the promotion of progress. No one shall restrict the availability of information or education. Any technology may be made open source, and patents reassigned to the people, and therefore owned directly by the people, through direct popular vote of the people. ; Article X (Compensation) : An individual whose job has been replaced or made obsolete by outsourcing or technology shall receive a reasonable percentage of all profits afforded by said technology or outsourcing, and, in the case of technology, any profits afforded by applicable subsequent technologies, for the rest of his life. ; Article XI (Defence) : The right to commit acts of violence against any individual that endorses or threatens the use of or uses violence against the non-violent.
