The Retail Solution is point-of-sale software developed by Northwest Network Solutions, Inc. History Northwest Network Solutions has been in business since 1993. The Retail Solution was originally written in DOS and marketed via shareware. A full Windows-based version was released in 1999. Features In addition to point-of-sale, features include an integrated general ledger, inventory management, report writer, customer tracking, accounts receivable, accounts payable, QuickBooks interface, and time clock. Integrated credit card processing is available via Mercury Payment Systems (recently purchased by Vantiv) and X-Charge. Add-on Options These include rental management, event/appointment scheduling, integrated webstore, and Multi-Site FTP for communication between stores. |
