The motivational disorder

The Motivational Disorder (TMD) is a psychological disorder found primarily in those working in the educational, rehabilitative, and counseling fields. In the non-professional arena, TMD is often found in outwardly optimistic person, persons receiving training in leadership related studies, most often students who graduate from leadership programs, and motivational speakers. People with TMD often complement others for things that they may or may not have had control over. Some examples of the behavior of a TMD sufferer are saying excessively phrases like "Good work!", "I'm proud of each and every one of you", "I think we accomplished a lot today", and other assorted phrases such as "wonderful!" "amazing!" "awesome!" At times, this can get on the nerves of other people, especially those who have introverted personalities, short tempers, and pessimists.
