The LoLo Project

The LoLo (`Lo`Lo) Project is a project intended to enhance current tornado warning systems by predicting the path of a tornado. The project was created in March, 2014 as a result of a hypothesis written by April Richelle Vogt, an undergraduate at the University of Hawai`i at Manoa. Since forming, the project has added 2 lead engineers, Matthew Smith, and Kalau Seguancia. The team is presently constructing two experiments intended to test Vogt's hypothesis on a micro and macro level. If their findings support their hypothesis, the team may be the first in history to accurately predict a tornadoes occurrence, path, and dissipation point. This would in turn enhance current tornado warning systems and weather forecasting as a whole.
