Speed Bowls
“Speed Bowls,” by way of explanation, is a modified form of lawn bowls that has been designed specifically for this show. Two teams compete at the same time and two different mats to deliver three bowls in ten seconds.

The first team to score five points is the winner. It can be completed quickly and we anticipate that the novelty of the game will be of interest to viewers.

Green Talk
This segment is basically a vox pops where we randomly ask bowls related questions to bowlers.

“Vox populi, which means literally in Latin voice of the people, is often used in broadcasting for interviews of members of the 'general public'; usually the interviewees are shown in public places, and supposed to be giving spontaneous opinions in a chance encounter — unrehearsed persons, not selected in any way. As such, they are almost always referred to by broadcast journalists as the abbreviated vox pop.” ( , 2006)
