The Global Voice Group

Global Voice Group provides information systems and services to governments and telecommunications operators , primarily for the prevention of fraudulent transactions, governance, compliance and other data regulation issues.
The company was co-founded by former Haitian Prime Minister Laurent Salvador Lamothe and his business partner Patrice Baker, who also served as the company’s CEO until the appointment of current incumbent James Gabriel Claude.
Global Voice Group predominantly operates in Sub-Saharan Africa, signing long-term contracts and partnerships with numerous telecommunications authorities, regulators and operators.
In August 2019 the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce of Paris awarded the company a $20 million settlement against Guinean regulator French Post and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (ARPT) for breach of contract.
