The Creepy Lane Chronicles is a series of fictional short stories by child author Michael M. Long Jr. (Who for safety purposes will NOT say anymore about himself). The series revolves around the main character Michael R. Long (Simply the author'sname with a different middle name), a sorcerer who was born with magical powers. The Pilot Story Michael is a boy from London, England, who has moved to Creepy Lane, Golden Valley, Nevada because his father, (a non-college graduate until later in the stories) has gotten a new job as principal of a high school. They move to Creepy Lane, Nevada. Here, Michael meets a boy named Marcus Smith, who is revealed to have been a friend of Michael's that Michael met in a game on the Internet. They ride bikes together for a while util they are stopped by a bully named Burt Nox. They are saved when Michal's future girlfriend, Sarah Snipes, steps in to help them. Burt is not afraid of her at first, until Sarah shows that she is skilled in the art of karate by flipping him over. He runs off, and Michael and Marcus become friends with her. Michael also realizes he shouldn't keep secrets, so he reveals to Sarah and Marcus his magical powers. He is the surprised to learn that Marcus is also a sorcerer (Sarah is too, but this is not revealed until later). Characters Main Michael Long Michaelangelo Regulus "Michael" Long is the main character of The Creepy Lane Chronicles. He is a very good football player, and is quarterback of his football team of both middle school and high school. Michael is from a rich family. His great-great grandfather, Arthur Barrenson, made a fortune in the stock market. His mother is saving this money so theey do not run out of money. His first kiss was Samantha Bush, while on vacation in Hawaii. She temporarily had a crush on him. His second kiss was with Sarah at a Christmas Dance. There, they became boyfriend and girlfriend. Michael's name is later revealed to actually be Michaelangelo. He has two older brothers named Regulus and Miles, and a little sister named Liza. In 2006 onward, there is a subplot with a man named Jeff Morgan. Michael had moved into his (Michael's) uncles's house, only to find that Jeff was there, too. Jeff was seeking revenge on the uncle for firing him. Michael calls the police, but Jeff runs away. Later, he becomes friends with Michael.
