The Book of Aquarius

The Book of Aquarius is an anonymously authored, public domain book claiming to reveal the secrets of alchemy and how to make the legendary substance known as the Philosopher's Stone, fabled to turn base metals into gold or silver, and render the creator immortal.
Overview
The Book of Aquarius consists of the theory, practical, history and philosophy of alchemy in 56 chapters. The book is slightly over 150 pages as some chapters are no longer than 1 page. Almost half of the book is taken up with quotes from 57 different alchemy books, mostly published between the 13th to 17th centuries, and all available to read for free online. The author uses the quotes to support his or her claims throughout the book.
The central theme of the book is that alchemy is natural, following the natural laws and cycles of Nature. Examples are given to support this claim, such as chemical distillation said to be a microcosmic version of Earth's water cycle.
The author also touches on other fringe topics such as: UFOs and New World Order, in relation to alchemy.

# Extract a white salt from the top of the calcined urine
# Further distill the distilled urine 3 times
# Slowly add the distilled urine onto the white salt until it is saturated
# Heat the white salt in a boiling flask at body temperature, using a water bath
# Wait until the salt turns black, then increase the heat
# Wait until the salt turns white again, then increase the heat
# Wait until the salt turns red
# Repeat steps 7-11 with the red salt and 10x its weight in gold dust
