The Black Violets

The Black Violets are an indie American alternative boy band formed in 2015 and based in Visalia, California. They are known by their aliases Gabby, Logan, Alex, Jude and Heemy.
Their first performance was with American rapper, Ste-V-P at an unknown location.
Their signature article of clothing are their fedoras.
Band members
Logan
"Logan" is lead singer for the band. When asked about himself in a recent interview, he stated: "I'm Logan and I like pina coladas and getting caught in the rain!" He then broke down in uncontrollable laughter.
Alex
"Alex" is keyboardist for the group. He is known for his obsession over alien life.
Gabby
"Gabby" does not have a defined instrument. He was appointed drummer, but has shown great skill playing ukulele while on tour. He is the tallest in the group and dwarfs his bandmates.
Judah
Judah is bassist for the group, skillfully plucking at an ancient, out of tune acoustic guitar on tour.
Heemy
"Heemy" is player of the cowbell. He started his skill in 2015 and easily mastered it.
Critical Acclaim
"Their musical skill is debatable." stated one critic. "But hey, that's what autotune is for!"
The band has been praised for their perfect boy band image - according to a review in a popular magazine, "They look like literally every other boy band out there" - and their ability to flawlessly blend cowbells with limited lyrical talent and out of tune guitars.
"They're so different!" one fan explained. "It's like, oh my god, what are they doing next? Who knows! Well, I mean, it probably involves autotune and some remix of a song that nobody's listened to since 2010, but still. So different!"
