The Apostates

The Apostates are a British Ska-punk band, formed in the summer of 2006. The band has already released two EPs, entitled "Junkyard Dogs & Alley Cats" and "Same Old Sound." The song "Same Old Sound" is on the soundtrack of NHL 2K8. The Apostates were formed in the summer of 2006, playing noisy, brash punk rock with ska licks and soulful reggae rhythms. They have released two 4-track EPs entitled “Junkyard Dogs & Alley cats” and “Same Old Sound”, both receiving national radio airplay on the Mike Davies Radio One Punk Show. The songs “Same Old Sound” and “Off My Life” from the “Same Old Sound” EP are also to be featured on various upcoming compilation albums and the new ice hockey game “NHL 2K8” which is scheduled for release in August 2007. |
