The All-Girl Boys

The All-Girl Boys were an American all-woman bluegrass music band. They formed in 1989 and played until 1997. The All-Girl Boys were: Mary Gibbons, rhythm guitar and lead and harmony vocals; Chris Lewis, mandolin and lead and harmony vocals; Carolyn Cirimele, bass, accordion and lead and harmony vocals; Debby Cotter, banjo and lead and harmony vocals; and Kathy Barwick, dobro and lead guitar and harmony vocals.

The band primarily played in northern California, with tours to Vancouver and Colorado. In 1991, the band showcased at the International Bluegrass Music Association meeting in Owensboro, Kentucky.

The All-Girl Boys released its critically-acclaimed CD, "Heart's Desire," in 1994.
