Thai university undergraduate student uniforms

In almost all universities in Thailand, undergraduate students are required to wear uniforms according to their male or female gender.
For example, Chulalongkorn university in Bangkok, having the rules on the undergraduate student uniforms as follows;
Students who are registered at undergraduate level (in both regular and international programs) are requested to wear University uniform as follows:

− Male student’s uniform: a short or long sleeved, white shirt and navy blue or black trousers; a black leather belt with the buckle embossed with the University’s emblem; a University tie is required when attending University ceremonies.
− Female student’s uniform: a short-sleeved, white shirt, buttoned at the front with buttons embossed with the University’s emblem and bearing a ‘’Pra Giao’’ pin on the right front at chest level, a navy blue or black knee-length skirt covering the knees; a brown suede belt with a buckle embossed with the University’s emblem.
