TechCentric

TechCentric is an IPTV show formed by former TeH_Show hosts Will and Steve in March 2006. Based in the Chicago area, it features hosts Will, Steve, Nick, Jared, and Mickey, along with special guests. The show explores such topics as VoIP, software, and modding, with the occasional humorous spin for good measure.
TechCentric is known to collaborate some aspects of their shows with BSoDTV, an open-source IPTV show run by Foxx and mustang03282. This includes sharing some available resources for the mutual benefit of both shows.
TeH_Show (Precursor)
Before the formation of TechCentric, hosts Will, Steve, and Nick filmed for another IPTV show, TeH_Show. Creative and personal differences caused the disbanding of TeH_Show in early 2006, effectively putting an end to releases with co-host J-Hood. TechCentric was born in March 2006 by the remaining three cast members.
Cast
Will (aka linlin) is the foremost driving force behind TechCentric. The most experienced of the group, Will primarily films segments relating to VoIP that any user, from the newbie to a network administrator could understand.
Steve (aka eh_steve) brings a funny side to the seriousness of the computer world. Steve currently releases a "Surfing with Steve" segment every episode, featuring such things as how to make inspirational posters to other quirky websites.
Nick (aka Limp_Trizkit) is the former cameraman of TeH_Show. However, he now holds regular cast status, and appears regularly in a "Tabick Teaches" segment. Such segments include how to read binary and his program "SkipTo".
Jared (aka J-Rod) is inexperienced in the field of IPTV, but he has a knack for bringing together helpful security pointers to make the Internet a safer place.
Episodes
The creators attempt to release new content on a monthly schedule, but due to the multi-faceted nature of the show (both host- and content-wise), releases are not always on time. The crew has been known to sometimes take several months producing an episode due to incompatibilities with schedules.
Episodes are distributed using XviD and iPod formats, and syndication for both formats is provided via the TechCentric web site.
