SourceFed hosts

The following is an overview and list of the hosts and guest hosts who have appeared on SourceFed and the hosts who have appeared on its spin-off, SourceFedNERD. SourceFed and Nerd were created by Philip DeFranco.
Bereta was born in Columbia Falls, Montana, graduating from the town's local high school. Following this event, he attended and later graduated from Gonzaga University where he met Luke Barats and formed Barats and Bereta in 2003, becoming pioneers of online video and early YouTube personalities. Like the rest of the SourceFed ensemble, Bereta has a deep acting background, being featured in commercials for Natural Ice, Bud Light, and Kentucky Fried Chicken. Bereta is the head writer for SourceFed videos.
Ross Everett
Ross Everett (born November 27, 1987) is an American actor, writer, producer, director, vlogger, online personality, and host. Everett joined the SourceFed team as an on-camera host on July 3, 2013, as a fill-in for Morgan. Everett had been on the writing staff for the SourceFed, and after his on-camera debut, he developed into a full-time host. Everett's final on-camera appearance occurred on March 5, 2014. Everett was then moved back to his writing position, before leaving SourceFed completely on April 21, 2014.
Everett was born in Marin County, California to parents involved in mental health and social services, and grew up in San Francisco. Prior to Everett's time at SourceFed, he established his online presence, having several of his videos featured on Huffington Post.
Following his departure from SourceFed, Everett landed The New Show, his own talk show, produced by Revision3, which launched on July 21, 2014.
William Haynes
William Washington James Haynes is an American actor, writer, vlogger online personality and host. Haynes joined SourceFed as an on-camera host on March 13, 2014, being the first of three new hosts to be added in early 2014. Haynes is distinguishable from the rest of the hosts for his age, being the youngest host. Haynes also became the first, and as of August 2014, only, African American host. Haynes is also known for his clean humor.
Trisha Hershberger
Trisha Hershberger (born September 15, 1982) is an American actress, model, online personality and host. Hershberger joined the SourceFed team in late February 2012. She made her on-camera hosting debut as a fill-in for Bereta, on March 1, 2012.
Originally from Schwenksville, Pennsylvania, Hershberger attended DeSales University, acquiring a theatre major, and a theology minor, prior to working in the IT field. Known for her modeling, Hershberger is officially listed at 105 lbs and 5 feet, 1 inch. Due to her background as a model, she has been included in DeFranco's "Lovely Lady of the Day" segment on his own news & current events series. Additionally, she was interviewed at CES 2014 by a fellow Revision3-associated program, TechnoBuffalo. Hershberger has appeared on other websites' gaming-related content.
Outside of SourceFed, Hershberger has her own YouTube channel, where she posts The Naked Truth, her vlog series. The series, as well as samples of her other work have been featured on a BuzzFeed article.
Matt Lieberman
Matthew David Lieberman (born April 8, 1988) is an American actor, writer, director, comedian, online personality and host. Lieberman is from South Orange, New Jersey. Prior to joining SourceFed, Lieberman worked as an actor, writer, and director on the YouTube series and channel, "Viewers Like You". Lieberman made his SourceFed debut on March 20, 2014. Lieberman has also appeared on the Nerd channel, including a video covering Shark Week's FinFest 2014.
Elliott Morgan
Elliott Christopher Morgan (born February 22, 1987) is an American actor, writer, director, producer, online personality and host. Morgan made his SourceFed hosting debut, alongside Newton, on the series' second episode, aired on January 23, 2012.
Born in Winter Haven, Florida, Morgan developed a background as an actor. Morgan attended the Lois Cowles Harrison Center for the Visual and Performing Arts, before graduating 2005. He then attended the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in Zoology degree, and graduating in 2009. Prior to joining SourceFed, Morgan worked his as a veterinary technician at an animal hospital. After spending months with SourceFed, Morgan joined DeFranco and Turney at the 2012 Democratic National Convention and the 2012 Republican National Convention. In April 2014, Morgan became the first SourceFed host to announce his departure from the channel. On April 11, the last non-blooper video featuring Morgan was uploaded onto the channel.
Following his departure from the channel, Morgan continued his online hosting presence, becoming the host of Mashables Mashable Minute web series, produced by Collective Digital Studios.
Lee Newton
Ashley Rose Newton (born April 13, 1985) is an American actress, writer, comedian, online personality and host. Newton made her first SourceFed hosting debut on January 23, 2012, alongside Morgan. Born in Oregon, Newton, was raised in Yosemite Village, California.
Prior to her becoming a host on SourceFed, Newton developed an acting background, studying theatre in college. Newton then became a regular performer of The Gym Comedy Group and a member of The Groundlings Sunday Company.
Newton developed an online presence through SourceFed, but has also been featured in a main role on the second season of MyMusic, as the character, Country.
Reina Scully
Reina Scully is a Japanese American actress, model, online personality and host. Scully made her SourceFed debut on April 1, 2014. Scully was the last of the three main hosts introduced in 2014. She is also distinguished for her Japanese background, being the first, and as of August 2014, only Asian host. Scully is also a frequent host on the Nerd channel, and co-hosts its Anime club-styled series, along with Haynes. Aside from hosting on SourceFed, Scully is also a translator for Crunchyroll. Scully has collaborated as a fill-in host with DNews, another web series under the Discovery Digital online web series portfolio.
Meg Turney
Megan Turney (born March 12, 1987) is an American actress, model, online personality and host. Turney made her on-camera hosting debut with SourceFed on July 3, 2012.
Turney was born in Austin, Texas, and developed a background in modeling and hosting. She had previously been a host on CraveOnline's TechKnow and Nerdist News before appearing on SourceFed. Turney is also known to be an avid cosplayer and actively involved in modeling. Turney departed from SourceFed, around the same time as Everett and Morgan. Turney appeared in her last non-blooper video on the Nerd channel, on April 18, 2014.
Since departing from SourceFed, Turney became a host on the Rooster Teeth series, The Know.
Steve Zaragoza
Steve Zaragoza (born June 9, 1982) is a Mexican-American actor, online personality and host. Zaragoza made his SourceFed debut on March 1, 2012, as a fill-in for Bereta.
Zaragoza is originally from Oxnard, California. Prior to becoming known for his hosting on SourceFed, Zaragoza worked in the sound departments of films, and had minor acting roles, such as one on an episode of 1000 Ways to Die. Zaragoza became a frequent host on the Nerd channel, being known as a main supporter of nerd-culture.
Since joining SourceFed, Zaragoza has found work as the lead role on The Misfortune of Being Ned, and as Iggy DeLacey, a main supporting role on Frankenstein, MD.
Recurring hosts
*Vlogger, online personality, host, and network Senior VP, Philip DeFranco was a recurring host on SourceFed at the time of its launch, presumably get the channel on its feet. He appeared on 8 episodes, in 2012, one for each of the following dates: January 23-26, January 30-31, February 2, and March 12. DeFranco is the creator of DeFranco Creative, a portfolio including his PDS, as well as SourceFed.
*Online personality Sam Bashor is a recurring host on SourceFed. Bashor has appeared on 4 episodes, airing on October 10, 2013, March 19, March 27, and July 19, 2014. Bashor is an employee of Phil DeFranco Networks & Merchandise, frequently hosting on ForHumanPeoples, a channel under the PDN&M collective.
