Taylor McCullough (born February 19, 1976) is an Olympic shotput/discus thrower. He competed in the 1992 and 1996 Olympics and won a gold and silver medal in shotput and two silver medals in discus.Born in northern Arkansas he was raised in a middle class family and and attended school there his entire life and in the 8th grade for the first time he threw a disk and immediately fell in love of the two field sports. His great coach Jacob Miller taught him since the first day he threw and still coachs him to this day.He has trained with many Olympians and and athletes such as John kyle,Dylan Marsh and Caleb Lawrence and Jacob Seegers. He now resides in Lyles,Tennessee and throws disk/shot rarely due to a tore hamstring and car accident the fractured his right arm.Unfortunately, in 1997 his two medals were stripped because he was accused of steroids even though it was never actually proven the Olympic games have gone to un-necessary and terrible lengths to cover up their mistakes, there is no proof he ever done steroids.Taylor McCullough is great athlete whom was accused of something he never did.
