Mohd Taufik Rosman (; born 15 September 1999) is a Malaysian editor. He was named Wikimedian of the Year during Wikimania 2023 by co-founder Jimmy Wales. Early life and education Taufik Rosman is from Sandakan, Sabah. His father is a teacher, and was expected to begin his career as an English teacher in late 2023. Wikimedia career Rosman's first edit to was at age 8, when he noticed that information about his school, , was out of date. He started editing Malaysian Wiktionary when he was 13 and working as a student librarian. and a Wikimedia Malaysia initiative to help save endangered languages such as Mendriq by adding them to Wiktionary. He has served as deputy secretary the first Malaysian to receive the award<ref nameRakyat/><ref nameRise/> and the first from Wikimedia's East, Southeast Asia and the Pacific region overall.<ref nameDiff/> He was honoured especially for his work on Malaysian Wiktionary<ref name"Wen 2023"/> and Malaysian and for his community-building.<ref nameDiff/><ref nameBangla/>
