TATA Serein is popular for being India's first Wellness homes project. Developed by TATA Housing, TATA Serein is a luxury residential project. The complex is a part of TATA Group and is located on Pokhran Road 2 in Thane, Mumbai. Due to its proximity to Yeoor Hills and Upvan Lake, the location is popular as Malabar Hill of Thane. Construction TATA Serein is designed by Edifice Consultant Pvt Ltd. Tata Housing Development Company has invested close to 500 crore to build their first wellness residential project in Thane. The company has partnered with global building certification agency US Green Building Council (USGBC) and Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) to build eco-friendly houses for the project. TATA Serein is spread across 1 million square feet and offers 740 flats in four towers. |
