On October 1st 2020, Thomas Romain said in an interview with BFM TV that Tania is no longer in animation business. He said: "It seems that despite her immense talent, she left the world of animation. This one can be very hard. It is competitive and requires a lot of investment, sometimes beyond reason. Like other professional circles, there are also many cases of harassment and burnout. I know Tania has not been spared and may have suffered at times in her career." <ref name=":0" />
