In 2007, Christopher Paul Catrambone founded Tangiers International in Louisiana, United States. Also that year, the subsidiary Tangiers International Company was established in Iraq. The primary operating company, Tangiers International Limited, was established in Malta in 2008. In 2010, Tangiers International Medical Services was established in Singapore. The company's network includes 79 employees, contractors, and consultants in 40 countries.
