Taha Afshar

Taha Afshar (born 1983) is an English painter and sculptor. Light, with both its physical and metaphysical properties is often the subject of Afshar's work .
Early life and education
Afshar was born in 1983 in Winchester He studied Art and History of Art at Winchester College, where he was awarded the Drew Scholarship and first exhibited in local galleries and gained local awards
Career and works
He is best known for his self-reflective and contemplative Nordic landscapes.
Prizes and awards
In 2017, he was nominated for the National Open Arts Awards, and the Palm Art Award. He received special recognition for the Nature Art Exhibition Awards .
