Sweet Puff is slang term for a Black and Mild wine-flavored cigar which has had all the tobacco emptied and mixed with marijuana then put back into the empty cigar to be smoked . The reason it is called Sweet Puff is due to taste of the cigar once the marijuana and wine flavored tobacco has been mixed in a fine blend. Most users prefer these to regular blunts as they taste almost like candy. Etymology The term "sweet puff" was originally coined by a group of friends from Rockford, IL who began using the term as the name of their cherry papered blunts. Eventually this term described a more specific type of blunt, a wine flavored Black and Mild cigar with the tobacco mixed with marijuana, which has a much sweeter taste. From there it grew into a commonly known term among most Chicago based marijuana users. Currently it is slowly becoming a wide spread term to describe sweet marijuana blunts. Long Term After long time usage of this technique a possible nicotine addiction can appear. Mixing the tobacco with the marijuana will not safe guard you from any of the tobacco's effects including cancer of the mouth, throat, or lung.
