Sway....

"Sway...." is the final track from Start Something, the second album from the Welsh rock band Lostprophets. It is recognised as the longest track on the album clocking in at 10 minutes and 24 seconds with a long instrumental passage following on from the main song.
Styles and Influences
Sputnik Music described it as "mellow" whilst Music OMH said it had an "80s electro influence" to it, and Rockstarpix described it as "introspective" and saying that it "hint at the evolution of their sound". On the other hand Scene Point Blank were much more negative in their review of the track saying "as for the album closer “Sway” you’re better off just finishing off on “Last Summer” because you’re not missing anything that stimulating." The song is much more relaxing than the rest of the album, with dual vocals singing "Just sway/You don't know/Just sway/And all you want is to find home". In the outro there are muffled voices saying "I won't lie to you/I'm telling you the truth" in a mysterious and eerie manner. The song is played with guitars tuned to Drop D. In August 2004, Stuart Richardson stated it was his favourite song to play live. Mike Lewis said it was his favourite song from the album explaining "because it's got that ambient, laid-back, chill-out vibe" and then adding "It's kinda Portishead-y. Us playing Portishead or Massive Attack".
