Svit Sešlar (born 9 January 2002) is a Slovenian football midfielder who plays for NK Olimpija Ljubljana. Career NK Drava Ptuj During his youth career, Sešlar competed with NK Drava Ptuj, playing with both the team's youth and senior teams during the 2018-19 season. He made his league debut for the club on 4 August 2018, appearing as a substitute in a 5-1 victory over NK Brežice 1919. NK Olimpija Ljubljana In January 2019, Sešlar joined NK Olimpija Ljubljana, the club where his father had previously served as sporting director. Sešlar would make just three league appearances for the club, scoring once, before being recalled from his loan in February 2021. Sešlar would break into the starting squad during the 2021-22 campaign, and signed a four-and-a-half year contract with the club in January 2022. He cited the decision to extend his contract as "easy," and that he looked to continue to solidify his place in the club's first team. Sešlar finished the season with 32 league appearances to his name, scoring twice; one each in the team's matches against NK Bravo. Personal life Svit is the son of former Slovenia international Simon Sešlar.
