Susannah Felts is a writer, editor and educator with roots in Nashville, Tennessee.
Her writing has appeared in publications such as McSweeney's, Pindeldyboz, Another Chicago Magazine, Quarterly West, The Sun, and the Chicago Reader, and she has received awards and fellowship for her work. She wrote a novel entitled This Will Go Down on Your Permanent Record, published by Featherproof books in 2008.
Felts also contributes to the Web site literago.org, which provides book reviews, literary news, and literary listings for the city of Chicago.
She has taught English and creative writing at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She currently lives in Birmingham, Alabama.
