(Elizabeth) Susan Singleton is a solicitor in the UK, author, and founder of London commercial law firm, Singletons and serves on the board of the Direct Marketing Commission. She is a legal speaker in the UK speaking at about 40 or 50 events a year in the UK and abroad. A specialist in competition, intellectual property and IT/internet law she is also well known for her work in the field of the Commercial Agents (Council Directive) Regulations 1993 and is author of Tottel's Commercial Agency Agreements - Law and Practice and data protection law. She sits on the EC Laws Committee of the Licensing Executives Society and is Vice Chairman of the Competition Law Association, the UK group of the LIDC - International League of Competition. She serves on the Contracts Group of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. Personal She is a member of the Chamber for Sustainable Tourism Las Pearlas in the Pearl Islands, Panama. She was married for 19 years, has five children including two daughters who are lawyers and divorced in 2002.
