Sudden Epidemic

Sudden Epidemic is a hybrid pop punk / indie rock band from Los Alamos, NM. Its members include Jordan Daniel (guitar/vocals), Elise Alde (violin/back up vocals) , Kyle Pilon (percussion), and Alexander Marble (bass guitar). The band describes itself as an encapsulation of rock, pop rock, punk, indie and folk.

Tyler Goodman (guitar) left the band in January 2007 to pursue other musical endeavors. Elise Alde (who was working with Jordan Daniel on another music project, Borderline Angelic), joined the band shortly thereafter. Alde brings a "unique use" of violin to the Sudden Epidemic (now Jane Lane) sound, and has defined a completely new era in their career.

Sudden Epidemic released their first album, 'The Broadview Life', on March 18, 2005.

As of May 22, 2008, Sudden Epidemic has officially changed their name to Jane Lane.
We are now Jane Lane, and we're back in Denver, Colorado - ready to introduce the world to a brand new, electrified concoction of both chaos and compassion. It is time to let go of what we once were - a pop punk garage band with undying dreams and nothing to lose - and embrace who we are now.
