Stroke and Stride

The Stroke & Stride is a swimrun sports event and part of the Stroke & Stride Series held every summer in Auckland, New Zealand since 1990. Stroke & Stride events are held mid week in the evening between November and March. Each event has professional athletes and age group athletes competing.

Each Stroke & Stride event involves an open water swim followed by a run, refer swimrun.
