StreamElements

StreamElements is a platform for free live broadcasting software. Introduced in 2017 with a Series A funding in 2019, the site focuses primarily on production, engagement, and monetization tools used during video game livestreaming on Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook Gaming. The types of tools offered are all cloud-based and include overlays, alerts, chat bots, merchandise store fronts, tipping apps, and OBS.Live, its open open broadcasting software. It was founded by Doron Nir, Or Perry, and Gil Hirsh with offices in Tel Aviv and Silicon Valley.
In addition to its live streaming products, StreamElements publishes its State of the Stream data reports on the industry which highlight top games, live streamers, and platforms. CEO Doron Nir is often cited for his data-related industry observations, including being quoted by publications such as CNN, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, WIRED, and Los Angeles Times.
In 2020, StreamElements made its first major foray into activism with their $100,000 Creator Diversity Fund which is designed to provide members of underrepresented groups on Twitch with industry guidance, custom graphics, and production services.
