Stefano Scozzese

Stefano Scozzese (born in Schio; january 31, 1975) is an Italian web designer and disc jockey (DJ).
Stefano Scozzese started his DJ career in 1992 at age 17 playing at club Dimodà and during various events at the indoor sports arena of Schio. He won his first Technics record players in a remix competition.
His professional DJ career began in 1994 playing at clubs Fitzcarraldo (Arezzo) and Deniro Disco Club (Treviso), side-by-side with notable important music figures like Mauro Ferrucci, Stefano Noferini, Gianni Bini, Marchino, Satoshie Tomiee (new year’s eve party, december 31, 1994, Firzcarraldo).
In 1995 he moved to USA where he produced some of his own music.
Back to Italy, he moved to Desenzano del Garda (BS) and he started playing at Sesto Senso club. During this period he also started his career in web design.
As a DJ he played also at other clubs: Cenerentola, Duo (CH), Scuderie.
In the night between 21th and 22nd of april 2008 Sesto Senso club was completely destroyed by fire: this episode made Stefano choose to concentrate his career on web design.
The combination of his two passions, web and music, found its full realization in 2002 with the creation of the first website for music label AirplaneRecords.
First official award came in 2004 with the design of the website for Tommy Vee DJ.
Since 2007 Stefano Scozzese is official web and communication designer for Andrea Bocelli. For third year in a row he’s been selected for being part of the jury of the Awwwards.
