Star Kidz

Star Kidz is a Zimbabwean children's television channel in Zimbabwe. It usually airs on ZBC in the morning at 7am and after school at 1pm (as schools finish at 1pm in Zimbabwe). The channel was created by David Masango, and has had a number of presenters, including Tinevimbo Chimbetete, Tinashe Pundo and Makanaka Wakatama. Controversy Presenter Makanaka Wakatama "disappeared" from the show in the second half of 2006, only to reappear in March, 2007 with her new husband Obvious Sambazi As she was pregnant upon her reappearance, concern arose that she may have become so while under the age of consent, and the state launched an investigation. |
