Sri Sri Radha Mohan Jew

Sri Sri Radha Mohan Jew temple is located in Panbagan Lane (near Entally), Calcutta, West Bengal. It is founded by Dr. Samir Kumar Biswas, a blessed devotee of Sai Baba.
The temple is dedicated to the regular worship of Radha Krishna, Sathya Sai Baba, Shiva etc. It first opened it's door on 12 July, Wednesday 1972 to meet the needs of Sai devotees. It began with daily worship and bhajans dedicated to Sathya Sai Baba and later on 6 February, Tuesday,1973 Radha Krishna idols(called Radha Mohan) along with shiva idol (called Taraknath) and saligrama sila was established by Sri Mohanananda Brahmachari. Later that year a group of devotees lead by Srimati Ratna Mala Biswas(wife of Sisir Chandra Biswas)established a Gopal idol along with Jaganath Balaram Subhadra and began to celebrate the festivals of Janamastami, Rath Yatra, Jhulan, Raas, Annakutt, Mahantor Bhograag,Shiv Ratri, Neil Sasthi, daily hari sabha, weekly bhajans, Akhanda bhajans, Nagar kirtans, Vishnu Seva etc.
The temple once had a strong link with Ram Niwas Brahmacharya Ashram, Kamroop Ashram (Varanasi),Gouriya Mutt(kolkata), Ram Thakur Ashram and Puttapurti Ashram. Many Great Spiritual gurus like Mohanananda Brahmachari, Athuthotirtha Maharaj have visited this temple.
It is belived to be the first ever establishment in Calcutta to begin the daily worship and bhajan of Sathya Sai Baba.
