Spire Automotive is a car dealership company operating in south-east England, headquartered in Whetstone, London.
Spire Automotive Ltd currently comprises 18 dealerships representing Audi, BMW, Jaguar, MINI, Peugeot, SEAT, SKODA and VW Commercial Vehicles. Spire Automotive is 70% owned by Managing Director, Darren Guiver, and 30% owned by Financial Director, Kim Richardson.
History
The group was formed in July 2006 with a management buyout of three Audi Centres owned by HR Owen Plc.
In 2013 Spire Automotive bought three Scotthall BMW and MINI Centres from Jardine Motor Group for an undisclosed sum. Also in 2013 Spire Automotive opened their new SKODA showroom.
In 2014 Spire Automotive bought Watford Jaguar.
