Company History Southridge Capital Management was founded by Stephen Hicks in 2007 with its first office in New York City, NY on March 1, 2007 and a second office in Kitchener, Ontario on May 30, 2007. Brand Strategy Southridge Capital Management gained notoriety in 2008 through its brand strategy.
