Somerset Primary School is a government run Primary school in Bermuda, which takes children from ages 4 to 11.
Children must be 5 years old between January 1 and December 31, and enter P1 in the September of the year in which they turn five.
They must be resident in the same zone as the primary school to which application is made. Priority in enrollment is given to in-zone siblings of pupils in Primary 1 to 5 already attending the school to which application is made. If the school is over-subscribed, priority in admissions is given to in-zone residents who reside nearest that school.
Somerset Primary is divided into an infants block that houses P1 and P2 and a senior school which houses P3-P6. There are 181 students in total with two classes in each year. On average there are 15 students in a class.
