Company History
Solodev was founded in 2007 by Shawn Moore. After years of using other web development platforms, Moore decided to build Solodev to create an intersection where developers, designers, and marketers could collaborate in the creation and management of websites. After years as a web content management system used by Moore to build and manage websites for clients, Moore decided to re-architect Solodev for the Amazon Web Services Cloud where it made its official debut in 2016.

The platform creates responsive enterprise websites that are automatically optimized for search engines. Solodev also connects to any third party application with API access such as SalesForce, MailChimp, and Marketo.
Solodev deploys websites to cloud infrastructure and a global content delivery network. Solodev's multisite manage feature allows users to share media and content among websites, as well as duplicate, share, and re-use templates to avoid duplicate HTML.
