Done the initial stage of career in various level at the Oberoi, he moved to United States to serve in Celebrity cruises in different luxurious ships include one which rated as No. 1 ship in the world by contenaste travellers magazine. Moved to the land worked in various hospitality chains in the state of Newyork, Philadelfia and Virginia and he realised its time to return to his motherland, joined with Turtle on the beach,Kovalam as executive chef which picked up by the state tourism as Best 5 star hotel in kerala for the year of 2011-12. Later on he moved to Club mahindra resorts to open the new property in thiruvanantapuram, kerala. He is a popular face in media, almost all channels in various shows, newspapers and magazines.
