Simon reflects on his career highlight so far:

"In 2003, I produced 'Denis Norden's Christmas Laughter File' which was "one of ITV1's best performing shows of the festive line up". Ratings peaked at over 8 million viewers and a 36% audience share. Also that year, 'Alright on the Night's All Star Special' - written & presented by Denis Norden featuring a cast of ALL NEW, ALL STAR clips - attracted over 10 million viewers with 40%. It narrowly missed the Top 20 shows of 2003. In November, I was invited to sit on the judging panel for the Royal Television Society Craft & Music Awards.

In 2005, I devised, pitched and produced 'It'll be Alright on the Night's 50 Years of ITV' one of the flagship shows for the ITV 50 celebrations."
