Simon Gudge

Simon David Gudge (born 4 January 1987 in Bournemouth, Dorset) is an English filmmaker, actor and social networking enthusiast. He is responsible for creating successful social networking groups for his hometown of Bournemouth on both Facebook and Myspace.
Biography
Gudge grew up in Bournemouth, England and attended Winton School for Boys. He studied Multimedia at Bournemouth University and graduated with an FdA. He is responsible for writing and acting in the short film Lost The Whole Lotto which was made in 2007. He is also one of the founding members of the video production group Living Dead Productions.
Social Networking
In May 2005 Gudge a member of the Social Networking site MySpace, along with close friend Michael Broadbank, set up a MySpace Group called Bournemouth MySpacers for people to celebrate living in Bournemouth. It became the largest Bournemouth group related to people living in Bournemouth with over 2000 members. In late 2006 a party was held at the Consortium in Bournemouth in honour of the group called "The Bournemouth MySpacers Party".
When Gudge became a member of Facebook in 2007 he set up a similar group for the site called Bournemouth Facebookers. The group is aimed to promote all local events, businesses and bands. Gudge aim is for the group to become the biggest Bournemouth related group on Facebook.
Living Dead Productions
In 2008 Gudge helped set up a production company under the working name Living Dead Productions. Although no films have been made since the creation of this company, previously made film Lost The Whole Lotto has been re-edited with the companies logo at the start of the film. Other members of the company include Michael Broadbank and Simon Benson.
