Sijibomi Ogundele ( born April 8, 1983) is a Nigerian businessman and entrepreneur. He is the founder of Sujimoto constructions which builds luxury houses in Lagos, Nigeria . Early Life and Education Ogundele was born into a Yoruba family in Agege, Lagos. He attended Lagos State Model College, Meiran and thereafter proceeded to the Anglia Ruskin University to study law . Ogundele attributes his success to his mother. At a young age, he followed his mum to the market where he learnt different aspects of trading. He started real estate business in 2011 while living in the South of France as a real estate agent. He bought an apartment and thereafter remodelled it, the apartment was later sold for double the price . Career Ogundele founded Sujimoto, through a partnership with real estate mogul, Yazeed Alrahji, Chairman of DAEM Real Estate Investment Company Saudi Arabia. He named the company after his mentor Sujimoto Koga, a Japanese university professor . His first major real estate project was Lincoln Avenue, a set of 16 townhouses of 4-bedroom apartments in Accra, Ghana, he thereafter went on to construct Medici Terraces Luxury Apartments in Lagos . His latest project “LorenzoBySujimoto’’ is described as the tallest residential building in Nigeria and Africa’s first fully automated residential apartments . He is popular with the slogan 1+1=11 which he describes as Motomatics and means 'Never give up’.
