Siddhartha Das is an Indian designer, educator and cultural strategist. Education Siddhartha Das did a B.A. in History (Hons) from Hindu College, University of Delhi. He subsequently attended the National Institute of Design as an exhibition designer. Career & Projects In 2002, he founded the Siddhartha Das Studio, which emphasizes responsible design, the ‘art of collaboration’, and working with communities in their specific context. Teaching Siddhartha Das has lectured at various art, design and higher-education institutions worldwide, including: National Institute of Design (NID), Harvard University (USA), Wellesley College (USA), Southbank Centre (UK) and Willem de Kooning Academy (NL). Awards & Recognition Siddhartha Das has been a fellow at Asia Society, a Nehru Trustee and Charles Wallace Trustee. In 2008, he was awarded the International Young Design Entrepreneur by the British Council, UK.
