Siddharth Talwar

Siddharth Talwar is the Founder and CEO of Evolv Services Limited, a subsidiary of NIIT Limited. Evolv is a communication and domain specific-soft skills based training and assessment Company founded in 2001. NIIT bought a majority stake in Evolv in January 2008. For the past two years Mr. Talwar responsibility has included overseeing Evolv on behalf of NIIT as well as overseeing NIIT’s assessment business and non IT training business for corporations in India.
Prior to founding Evolv, Mr. Talwar worked with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP, a Law Firm based in Washington DC.
Mr. Talwar graduated from Claremont McKenna College in 1998 with a BA in Goverment (with Honors).
Mr. Talwar has been invited to deliver keynotes on subjects related to Executive Communication and Building a Presence across Asia and the Middle East. He has shared his views and insights with delegates at prestigious forums such as the TIE and NASSCOM conclaves, the “Talking Across The World Summit,” among others.
