Early life
Shezzy Brown was much attracted to football at his early age and played for small local clubs from age 12 to 15. His affection for music was inherited from his late dad who was a great fan of Fela Kuti, Dr. Orlando Owoh and the likes .
*From the ages of 10 to 16 he was already singing with a church choir where he acquired lots of vocal skills. During this period he did not have any studio recording rather it was just television appearances and group invites to various events to sing.
Later on
He moved to Italy in the year 2008 and was forced to menial jobs for survival and almost lose grip of the music at this stage. Later on in 2010 he got a job with Ceva Logistics Bologna(Italy) and was one of the forklift operators. It was at this point he realized he had to go back to the recording studio and make some music, since the likes of Wizkid, Olamide and others in Nigeria were already making waves.
*In 2010, Shezzy Brown recorded his first single 'High School Love' which was widely accepted around Europe and Africa and got him performances in more 10 cities in Italy at that time.
*After the success of 'High School Love' he followed it with another single 'Drakula' and shot a video to satisfy the demands of his fan-base which was on the rise
*'Drakula' gained massive airplay on Nigerian Tv stations and got several nominations which includes Best video from Artiste In Diaspora EEM Awards 2013, Most Popular Artiste In Diaspora SSM Awards 2013
*Several singles were released which includes, 'Fine Girl' 'Boju Boju' 'Bursting My Brain' 'Whyne It' and the massive hit 'Dakelemo' which he then decided to put all together in an album which he titled The Alternative
*'The Alternative' a 14 tracks album was distributed in Europe only and he plans to release another album which will go global.
*His massive hit 'Dakelemo' is considered one of his most successful songs till the end of 2014. Shezzy Brown's status was elevated and his status as an Afro pop artiste based in the diaspora is been considered legendary.
*Shezzy Brown released another great hit 'My Desire' which music audience agreed to be a good follow up single after the success of his album 'The Alternative'
