Sheharyar Electronics Incorporation is one of the best electronic
companies in pakistan. It is situated in Karachi near Shah Faisal Town. The Sheharyar Electronics was first known as Pak Electronics but in 1954 its name changed to Sheharyar Electronics Incorporation. Mr Anis Raisani is the chairman of the Sheharyar Electronics Incorporation since september 2002. It was founded in 1949 by Liaquat Ali khan on 17 July. Its main products are Electrical Computers, Digital Clocks, Electrical Calculators, Timers and other microelectronic items.
History
The history of Sheharyar Electronics is described as the most wonderful history of any electronics company in the world. The monthly expenses of the Sheharyar Electronics is $4.88 billion but the total income is $5.11 billion till January 2008, after the downfall of the pakistani rupees PKR the economy of the Sheharyar Electronics fall down which totally destabilized the company. President Zardari gave $1 billion as an aid to Sheharyar Electronics on 6 February 2009 at Islamabad. The main part in the history is, that during the 1970's and 1980's the sheharyar electronics was the well known electronics company in pakistan and was ranked 7th in the world according to the US Yearly Electronics Bureau. Dr Nisar Ahmed Abbaki, the finance minister of Pakistan during 1995-1998 almost destabilized the company by stopping giving aids and services to it. In 1997, after the return of Prime Minister Mohammed Nawaz Sharif the company was given all authorities according to the law and all services was provided to it. In mid 1997, many branches were setup in the country as in; Peshawar, Multan, Quetta, Lahore, Karachi Steel Town, Hyderabad, Bahawalpur, Gujranwala, Sukkur, Okara, Islamabad, Chitral and Khanewal Agencies.
