Sharon Pearson

Sharon Pearson is the Founder of The Coaching Institute (TCI) and Creator of research-based coaching framework, Meta Dynamics, and the E.S.I.P Thinking Model. Pearson founded The Coaching Institute (TCI) in 2004 and claims to have since coached more than 5,000 coaches through TCI.
Pearson is the author of four books, including Disruptive Leadership - The Art of Giving a $#@!, Rocking the Boat and Creating the Winning Team (ISBN 9780987224408), Pathways to Success and Happiness, and Simple Strategies for Business Success.
In 2013, Pearson developed the not-for-profit organisation called International Coach Guild (ICG) with the help of student collaboration. ICG is a professional membership association for coaches, coach training and coaching schools in several countries. The guild claims to have received more than 200 coach applicants in the first week of its inception.
In 2006, Pearson was the resident coach for a Channel 9 show 9am with David & Kim. She won the 2010 Telstra Business Woman of the Year Award.
