Shaolin vs. Wu-Tang is rumored to be the next album from the Wu-Tang Clan.
In response to Raekwon and Ghostface Killah's feelings on the Wu-Tang album 8 Diagrams (specifically in regards to its production), it is said that there will be another group album released without beatmaster RZA; according to Raekwon, he will be directing the project, and every Clan member except RZA will be on it, even though he officially supports 8 Diagrams. The possibilty of a Clan-sans-RZA album was first mentioned in November '07, when Rae went into detail about RZA's direction on 8 Diagrams, claiming that if the beats didn't change the group was prepared to put out an album without the "Abbot". To date, only Ghostface and Cappadonna have spoken on either album, either to voice an opinion on RZA's production or on the possibility of Shaolin vs. Wu-Tang.
