Shamrock Foods Limited is an Irish company specialising in baking products and is owned by Valeo Foods, a company backed by Origin Enterprises, which is in turn part owned by Aryzta. The Shamrock brand, which was established in Ireland in the 1950s, is used to market home baking products, including dried fruit, nuts and seeds. The brand also includes a range of cereals and pulses, cornflour, bread soda, cherries and peel, nuts and almonds, prunes and apricots, raisin Eddie, sugars, icing and dessert ingredients.
Shamrock Foods also provides "route-to-market services" for third-party food manufacturers, including Masterfoods, Ballymaloe House and Splenda.
