He launched the first Persian rap and hip hop online audio distribution platform and music website based in Iran .He is Regarded as one of the most influential figures in popularization of rap music in Iran. Early life Yashar Rapfa began his career at the age of 16, with Launching vahshat.com, a networking, hacking and security training website, which he saw glimpses of success in. a graduate in software engineering from Sari Azad University, felt needed to launch an underground music website as he was a student in touch with some young talented rappers while there was no platform for them to share their musics.
Early in his career, Yashar launched rap98.com in 2007, known as his first step into the media marketing and underground music world. a while later, rap98's domain was stolen by the website provider. He had no option but to shift to another domain, www.rap98.net until finally found the best possible domain name, rapfa.com.> fa is an abbreviation for farsi, the endonym of Iranian language. rapfa In 2008, Yashar Tavakolian Started his Professional Business with www.Rapfa.com. He identified, encouraged and promoted many young musicians in the beginning of their career. In this way, they become famous rappers and musicians, soon their musics located on top hits charts.
