Secular Progressivism

Secular Progressivism
Secular-Progressive Ideology
"Secular progressive", a term coined by Bill O'Reilly (author of Culture Warrior, in which the term is first used; and host, writer, and main producer of The O'Reilly Factor), describes an ideology (or subscriber to the ideology) which is comprised, in part, of the following:
*Far left political views, ranging from the most liberal form of socialism to communism.
* A secularist or athiest, to anti-religious or Marxist, belief in seperation of church and state, seperation of home and school (i.e., discouraging homeschooling and parental influence on the United States education system)
* A support of the New World Order and a one-world government
* Membership in or affiliation with, or support and endorsement of:

*Anti-traditionalist groups (i.e., Freedom From Religion)
*Anti-American and similar organizations (the ACLU, MoveOn.org, DailyKos)
*Orthodox Muslim ("Islamic Extremist") groups (PLO, CAIR, Holy Land Foundation)
*Far-left news outlets (the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, MSNBC, Media Matters, News Hounds)
*Ethnocentric groups (the Ku Klux Klan, of which Senator Robert Byrd (D-WV) was a member; and the Black Panthers, of which Representative Bobby Rush (D-IL) was a member)

and similar groups and organizations.
*Affiliation with or support and endorsement of people such as , George Soros, Speaker of the House Nancy D'Alessandro Pelosi (D-CA), and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV)
Examples of Prominent Secular Progressives
Besides the aforementioned examples, prominent secular progressives are those such as Michael Moore and a number of others in the entertainment industry, Hillary Clinton (D-NY) and (who advocated bringing back the infamous Fairness Doctrine), and (as Culture Warrior notes) Peter Lewis, the founder of the deliberately-named insurance company Progressive.
