Sean Needham

Sean William Needham (born 24 April 1975 Leicester, England) is a UK based actor and the brother of European Cup winner footballer David Needham.
Sean Needham started his career at 15 working his way up through clubs and cabaret halls. He was spotted by a television agent in 1999 who immediately signed him to her books. Substantial television roles followed in Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Crossroads.<Chris Davis Managment>
In 2006 he took the role of Norman Petty in Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story, transferring to the West End in August 2007. After impressing the creative team with his artistic input he became assistant musical director, and eventually musical director for the last 6 months of the run.<Buddythemusical.com>
In March 2009 he was cast as Sam Kelly's (Wizard) understudy in the West end musical Wicked at the Apollo Victoria.
Personal life
He is engaged to recording artist Carina Lirola who is signed to Love to Infinity in the UK and Favoured Nations label in the US, working closely with guitarist Steve Vai. They met on the european tour of the Buddy Holly Story in 2006. He is silently involved in the creative process playing keyboards and singing backing vocals on various tracks of the album.
